A partnership born from niche identification. We invest in specialized medicine and modern equipment, such as hyperbaric chambers. We also plan to trade in used medical equipment, aiming to increase the availability of modern medical solutions in Lithuania.
Crowdfunding Platform Investments
We strategically diversify capital by investing in promising crowdfunding platforms. This allows us to efficiently deploy funds and contribute to growing business financing.
Land & Sustainable Partnership
We manage agricultural and forestry land in Vilnius district, which we see as long-term assets and a platform for innovative projects.
A 99 kW solar park 'Saulės Jardai' successfully operates on our land, belonging to Paysera LT subsidiary. This project illustrates our approach - opening our holdings for sustainable energy solutions.
Automated Farming & Innovative Projects
We are developing a modern orchard and vegetable garden where we implement automation solutions from the start - from robotic lawn mowing to automatic irrigation. We also have a small-scale beekeeping operation. In the future, we plan to raise alpacas. This is our testing ground for future agriculture.
Freeze-drying
Seeking synergy between green energy and agriculture, we launched a freeze-drying service project. Freeze-drying price – 9 EUR/kg, minimum batch – 5 kg of any product. We can freeze-dry mushrooms, berries, vegetables, meat products, etc. Products must be prepared (washed), or we wash on-site for an additional 1 EUR/kg fee. We package in customer-provided containers or vacuum bags. We have refrigerators, so products can be delivered in advance.
Industrial Services
We manage specialized construction equipment, including a long-reach excavator. Aiming for maximum efficiency, we focus on long-term rentals to business clients. Currently, the equipment is fully booked with long-term contracts.
